Mr. Gang WANG graduated from machinery school of Tianjin University in 1986. Upon graduation, he engaged in scientific research at Tianjin Tractor Factory. He has 13 years of experience in product design, process design and maintenance. He was qualified as a patent attorney in 1998. As a patent attorney, he worked in Guangzhou Century Patent Office and Beijing Jeekai Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. He is good at patent drafting, patent prosecution, invalidation, litigation and other intellectual property business relating to machinery, automatic control, process method, especially in automotive field. He has dealt with thousands of new application, OA as well as reexamination, invalidation and litigation cases.

When he worked as a patent attorney, he was responsible for development work of new patent layout, so he has accumulated a lot of experience in communicating with clients, combined with years of experience in technology and patent agency, he can understand the client’s technology and needs well, provide the best solutions, so as to protect their interests as well.

He is responsible for handling design-related consulting, new filing and follow-up services, as well as invalidation, and has extensive experience in the business of design. He has provided clients with consulting, agency and follow-up services in all aspects of patent business, including search, invalidation, FTO, civil litigation, administrative litigation, infringement analysis and other services. He has handled many invalidation and litigation cases as a patent litigation agent, and has extensive experience in invalidation and litigation cases.
