Ms. Gaozhan YU is in charge of chemistry department and she is a patent litigator and a patent attorney. She is expert in intellectual property business relating to high polymer materials, tire, vehicle technology, oil recovery technology, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, nanometer and so on.

She joined Gecheng in 2007 and began to engage in intellectual property work. She obtained her patent attorney qualification in 2009 and has been committed to providing our clients with excellent and reliable intellectual property services for many years. As a patent attorney, she has an in-depth understanding of the patent field and is familiar with various processes of drafting, application and examination. As a patent litigator, she has extensive experience in handling difficult cases such as patent reexamination, invalidation, infringement analysis, patent stability analysis, and administrative litigation. She has provided timely and effective intellectual property services for many well-known companies and enterprises at home and abroad to effectively protect the interests of clients

She obtained her Master degree in Computer-aided Chemical Engineering from Niederrhein University of Applied Science and a Bachelor degree in Bioengineering from China University of Mining and Technology. Before joining our firm, she conducted research on DMHD oxidation dehydrogenation dimerization at Degussa, Germany.
