Ms. Yu’e CHENG takes the position of deputy manager of trademark department and she is a trademark attorney. She has a good mastery of IP relating to trademark, copyright, domain names, which includes registration, trademark opposition, trademark invalidation, filing of customs protection of intellectual property rights, copyright registration, domain name, cybersquatting. In addition, she is proficient in non-litigation service, which includes both analysis of trademark infringement and barrier resolution and analysis of trademark prior right.

She has been a trademark attorney since 2011, she has dealt with thousands of trademark cases, and has accumulated ample experience in trademark cases during the review phase. 

In practical work, she has put clients’ requirement in the first place. It is important for her to meet those requirements. In order to ensure that all her suggestion and analysis are customized for our clients, she has spent time understanding the unique insight of each client. She has proactively helped clients to maximize the value and efficiency.

She received her Master’s degree in English Language from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, and the Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Shenyang Normal University. She used to be a consultant in an immigration service company before joining us.
