Ms. Yan LI is in charge of Japanese team and she is a patent and trademark attorney in the field of mechanical design, mechanical engineering and automatic control. She has been involved in patent relating to copyright, customs registration, domain name registration as well as domain name dispute.

She joined our firm in 2007. She has accumulated abundant experience in IP litigation. She is proficient in law issues regarding to trademark registration, trademark appraisal, trademark infringement suit, custom registration, trademark infringement, copyright registration, computer software registration, domain name registration and domain name dispute, etc.

She received a Master’s degree in Japanese from University of International Relations and a college diploma in Machinery Manufacturing and Automation from The Open University of China. Upon graduation from University of International Relations in 2003, she taught Japanese at Nankai University. She managed to gain the patent agent qualification certificate in 2003.
