Ms. Yue JI passed the National Judicial Examination in 2015, and obtained the lawyer’s qualification certificate. With 12-year experience of process management, she is familiar with relevant procedures of Chinese patent application, PCT international application, Taiwan application and Macao application, knowing the duration regulation of each stage of patent application well, and she is skilled at handling various alteration affairs like the transferring and registration of patent rights and renaming of the applicant.  The main content of her job includes the examination and approval of documents submitted to Patent Office, calculation of official fees, change of recorded programs, record of cost reduction, record of patent exploitation license contract, submission of Taiwan application and Macao application, maintenance, protection and renewal of client database information.
