Ms. Lei LIU graduated from Beijing Hospitality Institute, and has worked for about five and a half years, mainly responsible for the scanning and forwarding of patent certificate, reporting on certificate fees, as well as the disclosing the text that entering the substantive examination and its download, record and forward.  After graduation, she involved in work related to patent process in other patent agencies, which was principally about supplement of power of attorney, delay and OA report.
