Ms. Hongwei ZHAN is mainly responsible for work involving substantive examination process and duration of domestic and foreign patent application, which includes supervising OA duration and reminding clients of time limit before the deadline, providing counseling service and suggestions, responding to the examiners and answering relevant questions about patent processing for clients at home and abroad, as well as removing tasks completed that is related to deadline for the purpose of ensuring the internal work in order. As for foreign patent application, with understanding about process at the stage of national patent substantive examination and relevant knowledge, she is charge of establishing tasks relating to foreign patent application and forwarding OA to applicants, as well as sending the invoice at the same time.  Five-year work experience in GE CHENG & CO. makes her have a clearer recognition of process of domestic and foreign patent application, helping her become a sophisticated patent process management personnel.
