Ms. Zheng CHEN is currently in charge of HR and Admin. Dep. She takes responsibility of personnel administration. She is familiar with evaluation of patent attorney. In addition, she has a good understanding of qualification authentication and training in regards to patent and trademark attorney.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Industry & Business Administration at Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in Law, Economics, Enterprise Management and so on. She joined our firm in 2004 and began to work as a trademark attorney. After eight years of practical experience, she has familiarized herself with kinds of laws and regulations. In addition, she has rich experience in trademark issue concerning filing, reexamination, opposition, litigation and so on.

She has optimized several projects, such as recruitment, performance, training, salary, employee development, quality promotion and so on ever since she got transferred from former post to HR and Admin. Dep. She has helped the firm establish a close relationship with plenty of institutions, such as All-China Patent Attorneys Association, Capital Intellectual Property Services Association, China Intellectual Property Society, Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Bureau, etc. She has provided guidance for our patent attorney and trademark attorney on career planning and professional quality.
