Hunan Jiudian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to sign an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory peptide patent and technology transfer agreement with Zonsen PepLib Biotech Inc.to introduce its related technologies and patents. The total transfer cost of this transaction was no more than 560 million yuan (of which the total milestone cost was no more than 60 million yuan, and the net sales share after commercialization of the product was no more than 500 million yuan).
