The "2024 China Patent Survey Report" covers over 20 major provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide, with more than 10,000 patent holders involved and nearly 50,000 patent questionnaires surveyed.

The report shows that the industrialization rate of invention patents of Chinese enterprises is 53.3%, up 2% from the previous year (51.3%), maintaining growth for five consecutive years. The industrialization rates of utility model and design patents are respectively 54.9% and 63.5%, 2.2% and 2.5% lower than a year earlier (57.1% and 66.0%).
