Pursuant to the Notice on the Collection of EPO International Search Fees in RMB Under the China-EPO PCT International Search Authority Pilot Program, the RMB standard for international search fees collected on behalf of EPO under the pilot program effective from August 1st, 2026 will be adjusted. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. RMB standards effective from August 1st, 2026

In accordance with the RMB standard for PCT application international phase fees published by the WIPO, effective from August 1st, 2026, the CNIPA will collect international search fees under the China-EPO PCT International Search Authority Pilot Program at the following standard (amounts in RMB):

International search fee collected on behalf of the EPO  14870

A separate notice shall be issued in the event of the above RMB standard adjustments.

2. Scope of Application

This standard is applicable to international fees for the PCT applications submitted to and received by the CNIPA on or after August 1st, 2026, which the EPO is selected as the International Searching Authority.
