Until now, CNIPA has signed IP cooperation pacts with 57 BRI partner countries. From 2013 to 2023, the cumulative number of patent applications and authorizations made by Chinese enterprises in BRI partner countries and related organizations have respectively reach 70,000 and 35,000, which maintains an average annual growth rate of over 20%. Among them, digital communication and Internet enterprises perform outstandingly.

The CNIPA vigorously implements the project of intellectual property public service, expanding the accessibility and coverage of intellectual property information public service. Until now, a total of 423 national public service outlets have been established nationwide, and the coverage rate of prefectural and municipal-level comprehensive intellectual property public service organizations has reached 48.6%, which have cumulatively served innovative subjects over 2.7 million times, so that the accessibility and universality of public services have been significantly improved.
