Faraday Future announces that FF and its Chinese subsidiaries have filed a lawsuit with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province, China, against former FF executive and founder of Human Horizons Ding Lei (together with other affiliated companies, hereinafter referred to as " Human Horizons"). Faraday Future requested the court to order compensation for corresponding losses, and further required Human Horizons to immediately stop infringement of trade secrets related to FF91, including but not limited to stopping (i) the use of the trade secrets involved, (ii) the design, development, production and sale for the allegedly infringing products with the trade secrets involved the case, (iii) selling the allegedly infringing products or using the trade secrets involved to provide after-sales services for the allegedly infringing products, and immediately stopping the alleged acts of unfair competition.
