ZTE and vivo sign Global Patent Cross-License Agreement

ZTE Corporation announced the signing of a Global Patent Cross-License Agreement with vivo, marking the initiation of a strategic cooperation between the two parties in the realm of patents.

 

Mi Yao, Head of the Intellectual Property Department at ZTE, said: "The strategic cooperation between ZTE and vivo underscores a shared commitment to respecting intellectual property rights. The cross-licensing agreement between the two parties not only signifies the mutual recognition of the standard contributions in ICT industry, but also exemplifies the determination and capability of Chinese domestic innovative companies to pursue win-win solutions."
