On January 28, an international luxury goods company quickly identified the "counterfeit" package through the "Cloud Confirmation" platform of Beijing Customs.

Relying on the "Cloud Confirmation" platform, right holders can direct the spot infringement key points in real time without having to send personnel to the site, and conduct technical appraisal based on detailed features to ensure "zero omissions" of infringing goods.  At the same time, the customs can release goods on the spot that have been identified and excluded from infringement by the right holder, greatly reducing the time for customs clearance of legal goods, realizing the “zero cost” of the right holder, the owner of the goods and the customs, and improving the level of intellectual property informatization and intellectualization.

On January 28 this year, Beijing Customs conducted a remote confirmation of the export rights of a shipment of goods suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.  After the customs issued a confirmation notice to a luxury goods company, the company was unable to verify the authenticity of the existing materials and applied to the customs to check the actual goods.  The customs immediately activated the "Cloud Confirmation" platform to connect with right holders, customs inspection sites, and cargo consignees and consignees in real time through the mobile client.  During the connection process, the customs inspection site displays the overall and detailed characteristics of the goods according to the requirements of the right holder, and the right holder proposes video and photo shooting requirements according to the needs of the appraisal.

The above-mentioned luxury goods company verified the details of the package card, serial number, and QR code displayed online, and confirmed that the handbags with the "CHANEL" logo in the batch of goods were infringing goods.  The entire process only took 9 minutes.
