For the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of filing and optimizing the business environment, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, under the guidance of the Beijing Higher People's Court, will implement online filing for administrative cases of patent and trademark authorization and confirmation in steps and stages. Here is to notify as follows.

1. From September 1, 2022, anyone who entrusts an agent including but not limited to lawyers and patent attorneys to participate in litigation in administrative cases of patent and trademark authorization and confirmation shall, in principle, applies for online filing via one of the Beijing Court Electronic Litigation Platform, Online Service of People’s Republic of China (formerly: Mobile Micro Court), the Supreme Lawyer Service Platform, and Jingzhi Online (login from the Beijing Trial Information Network), the filing court will no longer accept paper filing materials.

2. During the "transitional guidance period" for the full implementation of online case filing from the date of this announcement to September 1, 2022, any problems related to online filing and suggestions can be reflected with the "Litigation Service Contact Form" at any time.
